The City of Prince Rupert has received a referral from the Liquor and Cannabis Licensing Branch regarding an application by the Crest Hotel for patron participation and entertainment areas to be added to the food primary. This will include areas various meeting and banquet rooms in the establishment as well as the new area submitted on the application (Harbour Room) located on the lower level of the hotel. Detail of patron participation will include banquets and meetings. The primary focus will be on food at all times/ Entertainment may include: dancing, singing, stand-up comedy, open mic and trivia nights, etc.
The City of Prince Rupert is inviting comment from the public on this application. Comments may be made, in writing, to the Director of Corporate & Legislative Services (Corporate Officer) by email at rosamaria.miller@princerupert.ca, or by mail (or drop-off) to City Hall at 424 Third Avenue, Prince Rupert, BC, on or before 4:00 pm Monday, July 22, 2024. Council may consider this application at their Regular Meeting of Monday, July 22, 2024.
