In-Service Job Postings are for competition within the specific bargaining group that the City has entered into a collective agreement with. In-Service Postings are not for public competition.
How are Employment Opportunities Advertised:
Job vacancies that are open for public competition may be advertised in one or more of the following: this website; the local newspaper; and/or the Human Resources Development Canada Job Bank website. They also may be advertised in the Vancouver Sun, Vancouver Province and/or with the Local Government Management Association of B.C.
How Do I Apply:
Forward your covering letter and current resume that includes any job-related skills, training and experiences that relate directly to the position being advertised. Be sure to specify the job title or competition number that your application is intended for.
