In accordance with Sections 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the City of Prince Rupert intends to lease two additional City-owned parcels Lot 4 and Lot B below to Prince Rupert Legacy Inc. (“Legacy”) for $1.00 until January 4, 2116, to support future rail infrastructure development. This action is expected to provide long-term financial benefits to the City through dividends.
