Notice is hereby given that a Committee Of The Whole Council Meeting will be held on October 25, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. by Zoom.
The Committee of the Whole is proceeding in an adjusted format abiding by Ministerial orders. Those wishing to ask a question of Council are invited to do so in the following manner:
- By email to the Corporate Administrator at rosamaria.miller@princerupert.ca, or
- By leaving a voice mail at 250-627-0963.
As per regular Committee of the Whole procedures, your full name and address will be required. All comments must be received no later than 4:00 pm Monday, October 25. Submissions will be read aloud by the Corporate Administrator to Council during the Committee of the Whole. Physical public attendance has been suspended due to COVID-19 protocols.
Alternatively, a Zoom link for the Committee of the Whole may be requested from the Corporate Administrator prior to 4pm Monday, October 25.
