    • Did you miss last night's Council Meeting? See below for a summary of the main items from the agenda.

    • As part of the Consent Agenda, Council received a report from staff clarifying the approved land transfers/roadway dedication plans for the renewal of Digby Towers, as requested at the last meeting, among other correspondence.
    • Council gave first, second and third readings to the Adjudication Bylaw – which will update the City’s process of adjudication for Bylaw tickets. The adoption of these readings followed a friendly amendment by Council to remove the Bylaw Officer as a potential adjudicator of tickets. For the full Bylaw, see the agenda linked below.
    • Council gave Final reading to Fire Control and Protection Amendment Bylaw No. 3515, which provides additional regulations with respect to storage in shipping containers.
    • Council gave Final reading to Road Dedication and Closure Bylaws No. 3512 + 3513, which are required to allocate necessary accesses and parking for Digby Towers and allow for a lot consolidation on Park Avenue
