In accordance with Section 94 of the Community Charter, the City is providing notice of its intent to repeal and replace its Council Procedure Bylaw.
At its July 27th meeting, Council gave First, Second and Third readings to a new Council Procedure Bylaw that improves clarity, streamlines procedures, reflects current Council practices, removes unnecessary administrative complexity, and aligns with the requirements of the Community Charter .
