Note there are delays to the street sweeping schedule due to the volume of sand on the roadways from the abnormally high levels of snowfall, as well as other factors impacting the contractor. They are approximately ~5 days behind the originally posted schedule. We have re-assessed the schedule and are giving a longer window for each section, taking into account how long the first section has taken.

Area A: Complete

Area B: Monday, May 4th – Thursday, May 7th

Area C: Thursday, May 7th - Saturday, May 9th

Area D: Saturday, May 9th – Monday, May 11th

Area E: Monday, May 11th – Wednesday, May 13th

Area F: Wednesday, May 13th – Friday, May 15th

Area G: Friday, May 15th – Sunday, May 17th

Area H: Sunday, May 17th – Tuesday, May 19th

Area I: Tuesday, May 19th – Thursday, May 21st

Without our usual level of rainfall to tamper the dust, we know that residents are patiently waiting the sweeper trucks – and you’re in luck! Starting mid-week, sweeping crews will be out removing the sand from the roadways. But we need your help! Please make sure your vehicles are removed from the roadways prior to crews coming through. See below for a rough timeline of when to expect them in your neighbourhood.

They will be moving through the areas in the above map a few days at a time, starting Thursday, April 30th. Rough windows for this are:

Area A: Thursday, April 30th – Friday, May 1st
Area B: Friday, May 1st – Saturday, May 2nd
Area C: Saturday, May 2nd - Sunday, May 3rd
Area D: Sunday, May 3rd – Monday, May 4th
Area E: Monday, May 4th – Tuesday, May 5th
Area F: Tuesday, May 5th – Wednesday, May 6th
Area G: Wednesday, May 6th – Thursday, May 7th
Area H: Thursday, May 7th – Friday, May 8th
Area I: Friday, May 8th – Saturday, May 9th
Area J: Saturday, May 9th – Sunday, May 10th
