The City of Prince Rupert and District of Port Edward are  currently looking for a Director interested in serving on the Prince Rupert Port Authority (PRPA) Board of Directors.

If you are interested in serving your community, please submit a letter of interest, including a written description of your skills and experiences that are relevant to the position to:

Appointments are recommended on the basis of merit inclusive of a Council commitment to equality and diversity.

The PRPA Board of Directors comprises representatives recommended by the federal, provincial, and municipal governments, as well as port users groups, and is broadly responsible for setting the strategic direction for and overseeing the conduct and operations of PRPA. Preference may be given to candidates who possess an accounting designation, major capital project management, or engineering experience.

The deadline for submissions is March 6, 2024, at 4:30 p.m.
