Pursuant to section 26 of the Community Charter, the City of Prince Rupert hereby gives notice of its intention to sell, in fee simple, the subject properties listed below, as outlined on the map below forming part of this notice and legally described as:

Property 1: (800 Block Comox Ave)

PID: 014-618-061 and 014-618-095;

Legal Description: Lots 29 & 30, Block 31, Plan PRP923, DL251, Section 5, Range 5, Coast District Plan 923

Minimum accepted price: $55,000

Property information and photos are noted above, and specific properties can also be searched by using the City’s GOMAP tool at: https://princerupert.lightship.works/. To place an offer on a property, please place the bid with an accompanying letter and contact information in a sealed envelope, to the attention of Rosamaria Miller, Corporate Administrator and provide to the front desk of City Hall, 424 3rd Avenue West, Prince Rupert, BC, V8J 1L7 no later than 4:00 pm Friday, March 11th, 2022.
