In accordance with Sections 24, 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the City of Prince Rupert proposes to lease the property described below at a cost of $73,944/year for 5 years to the Prince Rupert Youth Soccer Association for use as an indoor soccer playing area. The property is described as a 10,290 sqft. portion of the building at 181 George Hills Way, legal described as (PID: 009-343-121 and 009-342-931) Lots 1 & 2, Waterfront Block G and of Waterlot in front of Waterfront Block G, District Lot 251, Range 5, Coast District Plan 7176, except Plan PRP42647.
