In accordance with Sections 24, 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the City of Prince Rupert proposes to lease the property described below at the below market rate of $1 for 60 years to Aurora Housing Society for the purposes of building a new 40 unit affordable housing development.
The property is described as portion of the lands on 9th Avenue West, legally described as (PID: 014-589-397, 014-589-401, 014-575-973, 014-575-981, 014-596-997, 014-597-012, 014-597-039, and 014-587-106) Lots 1-7 and Amended Lot 8, Block 40, Section 5, District 251, Range 5, Coast District Plan 923.
