Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing with respect to the Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw Amendments Bylaw No. 3667 & 3668, 2025 will be held on Monday, November 10, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Second Floor of City Hall, 424 West 3rd Avenue, Prince Rupert, B.C.
Purpose: The proposed amendments to the OCP and Zoning Bylaw are being requested to allow for industrial development on the south portion of the lots legally described as: BLOCK A DISTRICT LOT 8147 RANGE 5 COAST DISTRICT AS SHOWN ON PLAN EPP96352.
Copies of the permit application may be viewed at the front desk of City Hall between October 30th and November 7th, 2025.
All persons who deem themselves affected by the OCP or Zoning Changes being proposed, may present written submissions respecting the Application. All submissions (mailed, or electronic) must be received by Rosamaria Miller, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer by no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 7th.
