In accordance with Sections 24, 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the City of Prince Rupert proposes to dispose of the property described below, for $750,000 as part of a more extensive land exchange between Keyport Developments Ltd., the City of Prince Rupert, and M’akola Housing Society, for the purpose of building new affordable housing units.
Legal Description: A portion of Lot E District Lot 251 Range 5 Coast District Plan 4693 Except Plans 6331 9717 9830 12425 PRP12954 and PRP12955 (PID: 011-174-757) proposed as “Lot A” and shown in Figure 1.
