The City of Prince Rupert has received a referral from the Liquor and Cannabis Licensing Branch regarding an application by Port City Spirits for a Liquor Primary New Outdoor Patio at 1F-801 Fraser Street. The patio is located directly in front of the interior service area with a capacity of 12 patrons with access to the patio from the inside of the cocktail bar. The hours of operation are 10:00 am—2:00 am Sunday through Saturday.
The City of Prince Rupert is inviting comment from the public on this application. Comments may be made, in writing, to the Director of Corporate & Legislative Services by email at rosamaria.miller@princerupert.ca, or by mail (or drop-off) to City Hall at 424 Third Avenue, Prince Rupert, BC, on or before 4:00 pm Monday, January 27, 2025. City Council may consider the comments and application at the Regular Meeting of Council Monday, January 27, 2025, at 7:00 pm.
