The City of Prince Rupert has received a referral from the Liquor and Cannabis Licensing Branch regarding an application by Port City Spirits for a Lounge Area Endorsement. The location of the lounge would be at 801 Fraser Street, with hours of operation being Sunday to Thursday from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 12:00 pm to 2:00 am. The occupancy is 103 persons (comprised of the capacity of 36 for one service area and 67 for the other service area).
The City of Prince Rupert is inviting comment from the public on this application. Comments may by made, in writing, to the Director of Corporate & Legislative Services (Corporate Officer) by email at rosamaria.miller@princerupert.ca, or by mail (or drop-off) to City Hall at 424 Third Avenue, Prince Rupert, BC, on or before 4:00 pm Monday, April 22, 2024. City Council may consider the comments and application at the Regular Meeting of Council Monday, April 22, 2024, at 7:00 pm.
