Additional important notes on service impacts are below:
*The City Hall customer service desk is fully closed to the public from December 23rd—January 2nd to enable end of year processing, however staff will be on site and will respond to calls and emails in priority sequence. December 24th and 31st we will be staffed from 9:30am—1pm and December 25th, 26th and January 1st there will be full closures.
** All payments to City Hall due on December 31st, 2024 will be accepted up to and including January 2nd, 2025 at 4:30 pm with no penalty.
*** Cemetery Arrangements: For Cemetery arrangements required during the City Hall closure, please call 250.627.0950
