Public Notice
Users of the City's mobile app should now see a new/refreshed version of the app when they log in next. If you don’t, that means you don’t have automatic updates enabled so you will need to go into the app store and click ‘update’ next to our app. No re-download is necessary to get the new version, just a potential update.
What's in this updated version? Based on the results of our survey - the following services are currently available - and we'll be looking for opportunities to increase the features moving forward. It's a work in progress, and we are open to feedback:

- Events Calendar (taken from a feed from Visit Prince Rupert! Don't forget to submit your community event on their website. It's a really great new resource!)
- Push notifications on traffic, programming, etc.
- Bylaw Reporting Form
- Recreation Guide
- Pool Schedule
- Online Bylaw Ticket Payment
- Public Works reporting form
- Waste pick up schedules (but if you want reminders - you still have to sign up for our Recycle Coach app - we haven't figured out how to integrate that just yet)

- Brochures, Bylaws
- A map of Places of Interest
- Access to our Youtube Channel
