Family Counselling Program
Individual counselling for adults, couples counselling and family counselling

Help Line
24/7 confidential telephone support for individuals who need someone to talk to for support, information and referrals.

Sexual Abuse Intervention Program
This is a community-based program which provides specialized assessment and treatment services to children and youth under age 19 who have been sexually abused, are at risk of being sexually abused, and/or are exhibiting problematic sexual behaviors (under 12 years). Support is also provided to the families of children who are accessing this service.

Sexual Assault Response
Support to female and male victims of sexual assaults. Rape kit accompaniment, court & RCMP support, supportive counselling.

Supportive Recovery Program
30 to 90 day safe and supportive residential program for women who want to deal with addiction related struggles. Addictions can include alcohol and drugs, gambling, and eating disorders.
Mothers can have their children stay with them while they are in the Program.

Crane's Crossing Shelter
Shelter available to men and women aged 19+ with 35 beds available. Open 24/7 Sunday - Saturday, doors locked 10:45pm to 8:30am. Also emergency weather shelter.

Crane’s Crossing Supportive Housing (46 units)
Supportive Housing for women and men living with multiple barrier.

Crows Nest Lodge (36 units)
Supportive Housing for women and men living with multiple barriers

Grey Owl Retreat
8-unit low to moderate income permanent housing in Port Edward for seniors 55+.

Ravens Keep Transition House
• For women and their children
• Safe emergency shelter open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• ​Includes meals, clothing and other personal needs
• 24 hours a day personal support
• Life skills support available
​• Free emergency taxi
• Referrals to supportive community agencies and resources
• ​Information, advocacy and support to access housing, financial assistance, counselling and childcare

Women's Counselling Program
Free individual and group counselling for women who have experience sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, and other crimes. Open referral policy. Confidentiality is highly maintained.

Women's Outreach Program
Advocacy and support for women and their children:
• Court accompaniments
• Accompaniments to MCFD 
• Medical appointments
• Safety planning
• Assistance with completing forms (income assistance, PWD, etc.)

Housing Outreach Program
The Housing Outreach Program (HOP) is focused on helping women, men and families find safe and affordable housing.

The Housing Outreach Program:
•Helps clients in their search for safe and affordable housing;
•Assists clients with filling out rental applications;
•Provides support in filling out income applications (Income Assistance, Old Age Security, and Canadian Pension Plan);
•Informs clients about their rights and responsibilities as tenants; and,
•Provides referrals to appropriate community agencies (counselling, etc.).

HOP can provide subsidies based on need for the purpose of:
•Buying food;
•Identification needs; and, 
•Partial rent payments for people living in rooming homes (renting a room, room and board).

Renters at Risk Program
The Renters at Risk Program (RARP) is focused on preventing homelessness by helping women, men and families in private market rentals remain housed.
Services include disbursing rental subsidies, advocating on behalf of clients and providing referrals to other services.

RARP can provide subsidies based on need for the purpose of:
•Paying a portion of rent
•Damage deposits
•Partial hydro/gas payments if a disconnection notice has been issued

To qualify, household income must be below limits set by BC Housing. Individuals must provide proof of income (bank statements) and other documents to confirm eligibility.
RARP subsidies cannot be used for any costs unrelated to housing (food, clothing, telephone bill, etc.). All Cheques are made out to landlords or agencies receiving payment.
