Canadian Navigable Waters Act
Pembina Pipeline Corporation on behalf of the City of Prince Rupert hereby gives notice that a submission has been added to the Common Project Search (online registry) pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act described herein and its description.
Pursuant to paragraph 4.1 and 9.1 of the said Act, Pembina Pipeline Corporation, on behalf of the City of Prince Rupert, has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under registry number 14948, a description of the following work:
Dredging in Porpoise Harbour adjacent to the existing Prince Rupert Terminal wharf at water lot parcel 031-712-762 adjacent to address 100 Watson Island. The purpose of the dredging is to remove accumulated sediment adjacent to the existing wharf structure to facilitate navigation.
