Tax Certificate Inquiries

Please note that tax certificates can be provided by the City Hall Customer Service desk upon request. Additional information on the process is below:

  • Tax certificates may take up to 24 hours to process and complete;
  • There is a $25 fee for the certificate, payable by credit card – Staff will call you for payment;
  • Certificate includes tax and utility information
  • Submit your request for a tax certificate to customer.service@princerupert.ca. In your email, please include the following:
    • Subject line: Tax Certificate {address}
    • Body: Owner name, address, roll number or PID and closing date, as well as the direct number to call for payment.
