RESOLUTION TO EXCLUDE THE PUBLIC

THAT Council hereby declares that the meeting held following the Regular Meeting of February 21, 2023 is to be closed to the public and that the basis of this closure is that the item(s) on the agenda of this meeting comply with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

Notice is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING will be held on February 6, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 424 – 3rd Avenue West, Prince Rupert, B.C.

The purpose of this meeting is to hear public feedback on OCP Amendment Bylaw No. 3479 2022.
