RESOLUTION TO EXCLUDE THE PUBLIC

THAT Council hereby declares that the meeting held at 5:00 p.m. on September 3, 2022 is to be closed to the public and that the basis of this closure is that the item(s) on the agenda of this meeting comply with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter:

Notice is hereby given that an election by voting is to be held to elect a Mayor, six Councillors, and six School Trustees, and that the following persons are candidates for each office. Candidates are listed in the order that they will appear on the ballot.

THAT the meeting be closed to the public under Section 90 of the Community
Charter to consider items related to the one or more of the following:

Notice is hereby given that the COTW and Regular Meetings of Council previously scheduled to be held on Monday, September 19th, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 424 – 3rd Avenue West, Prince Rupert, B.C. has been RESCEHDULED to 7:00 p.m. on September 20th, 2022 in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 424 3rd Avenue West, Prince Rupert, B.C.
