This Bylaw received initial readings by City Council at the Regular Meeting of Council June 27, 2022 at 7:00pm in Council Chambers, and is proceeding to Final Consideration at the Regular Meeting of Council July 25th, 2022 at 7:00 pm in Council Chambers.

Notice is hereby given that a Special REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING will be held on June 15, 2022 at 5p.m. by Zoom.

Agenda of Special Regular Council Meeting - June 15th, 2022

Pursuant to Section 99 of the Community Charter, Prince Rupert City Council will hold an Annual General Meeting at the Committee of the Whole on Monday, June 27th, 2022 at City Hall, at 7:00 p.m.

Notice is hereby given that there will be a Closed Council Meeting - June 13, 2022 at 5:00pm

RESOLUTION TO EXCLUDE THE PUBLIC

The City of Prince Rupert has received a referral from the Liquor and Cannabis Licensing Board regarding an application from Wheelhouse Brewing Company to make permanent the Temporary Extended Service Area (TESA) (their outdoor patio area) granted to the business in lieu of indoor capacity restrictions put in place by the Province in response to pandemic conditions. The Province extended the authorization of existing TESAs and has encouraged businesses apply to make the authorizations permanent.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing with respect to Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3493, 2022 will be held on Monday, June 27th at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Second Floor of City Hall, 424 West 3rd Avenue, Prince Rupert, B.C.

As per Section 224 of the Community Charter

Notice is given that the City is accepting applications for 2022 Permissive Property Tax Exemptions pursuant to Community Charter Section 224.
