Notice is hereby given that a COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE COUNCIL MEETING will be held on March 28, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 424 – 3rd Avenue West, Prince Rupert, B.C.

RESOLUTION TO EXCLUDE THE PUBLIC

THAT Council hereby declares that the meeting held at 5:00 p.m. on March 14, 2022 is to be closed to the public and that the basis of this closure is that the item(s) on the agenda of this meeting comply with the following closed meeting criteria specified in Section 90 of the Community Charter.

In accordance with Sections 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, the City of Prince Rupert gives notice that it proposes to dispose of the Site A, Site B and Site C properties described in the attached maps to Prince Rupert Legacy Inc. (the City’s wholly-owned Development Corporation) for $10.00, to enable the development of housing and support local revitalization efforts.
