Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing with respect to Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 3436, 2019 & Zoning Amendment Bylaw 3437, 2019 will be held on Monday, April 29, 2019, commencing at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Second Floor of City Hall, 424 3rd Avenue West, Prince Rupert, B.C.

Purpose

To amend Quality of Life Official Community Plan and Long Range Land Use Map from Open Space to Business Industrial designation, and City of Prince Rupert Zoning Bylaw Zoning Map from P1 – Public Facilities Zone to M2 – General Industrial Zone on the lands described below.

Affected Lands:      Portion of - BLOCK A DISTRICT LOT 8147 RANGE 5 COAST DISTRICT
