Relay For Life is an event for the whole community with entertainment, food vendors, children activities and so much more. Where team members walk, run, wheel around the track for 12 hours celebrating survivours of cancer and their caregivers, remembering loved one who lost their battle to the disease and fighting back against cancer, as you declare the one thing you will do to help prevent it.

The Teddy Bear Clinic planned this year for Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Prince Rupert Regional Hospital. Children are invited to bring their favorite teddy bear, stuffed animal or doll to be a patient at the Teddy Bear Hospital.

The Sunken Gardens needs you! We are planting our annuals Saturday and Sunday, June 1 and 2, 2013, from 11:00 am onwards. If you can contribute some time in helping plant that would be great. No experience necessary - we will teach you how to plant. Bring what hand tools you have as we have a limited supply. The Anglican Church is holding a Smorgasbord Supper and Fashion Show, June 8 at the Nisga'a Hall. Doors open 5pm. Meal 5.30 -7pm. Cost $10. This is a fundraiser for the roof project.
