We are excited to announce our transition to a new registration software, to be in place for February 2016! As we transfer our valuable clients over to the new software we want to ensure that we have the most up-to-date and complete information as possible. To help lessen the burden of updating your contact information when you arrive at our facilities in February, we encourage you to complete this form in advance. We will enter these into the new system, saving you time when registering for programs or purchasing memberships. If you have a current membership or tickets these will be migrated to the new account as well.
Our Operations Department is taking a proactive approach to managing the Japanese Knotweed. We are currently working with the North West Invasive Plant Council (NWIPC) to develop a management plan for ourselves as well as the community at large.
If you spot Japanese knotweed in your yard, neighbourhood, or anywhere within the City, please report it by filling out the following form. This will help us to track this invasive species within Prince Rupert, and identify the necessary steps to manage it.
