Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing with respect to Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 3411, 2017 & Zoning Amendment Bylaw 3412, 2017 will be held on Monday, June 26, 2017, commencing at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Second Floor of City Hall, 424 3rd Avenue West, Prince Rupert, B.C.
Purpose: To amend Quality of Life Official Community Plan Long Range Land Use Map 1 from Open Space and Park to Residential designation, and City of Prince Rupert Zoning Bylaw Zoning Map from P1 – Public Facilities Zone to RM2 – Multi Family Residential Zone on the lands described below.
Affected Lands:Block G3 Section 6 District Lot 251 Range 5 Coast District Plan 923

A copy of the Bylaw and relevant background documentation may be inspected at the City of Prince Rupert City Hall during regular office hours (9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) from Monday through Friday, until June 26, 2017.
At the Public Hearing all persons who deem themselves affected by the proposed Bylaw shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw. If you cannot attend the Public Hearing, all written submissions (mailed, or electronic) must be received by the Corporate Administrator by no later than 12:00 Noon on June 26, 2017.
