Residents! Please be advised that City Hall has made some changes to our downstairs layout. To improve accessibility to our Customer Service area, the Customer Service desk has been relocated to the side entrance, up the ramp on the right-hand side of the building (statue side). Access to the Administration Department upstairs is still available through the front entrance.
* Customer Service is where residents can go to pay property taxes and utility bills, find property information, apply for building and development permits, make cemetery arrangements, and for general enquiries.
*Administration is the location of Council Chambers - where residents can attend Council Meetings, meet with staff, arrange to have an item placed on a Council agenda or in an information package, and where staff intake Freedom of Information requests.
Please note – staff will be happy to provide assistance at the new side Customer Service entrance if you require the elevator to go upstairs. Thank you for your patience while we have been implementing these improvements to consolidate all of our customers needs! Changes come into effect starting Monday, February 27th!
